Perspective
The record retains the contributors
By GERALD / 12 September 2026 / approved editorial snapshot
Two views of one fact. Neither view is allowed to edit the other.
An operating record states concrete events and contributors. An executive briefing states verified sponsorship, decisions and organizational framing. Both refer to the same sources.
Example, labeled as BenCorp internal demo copy. Operating: CARL recorded duplicate reporting as CP-0062 and froze a single-entry criterion. GS-0018 was marked implemented. Verification is inconclusive. The matter remains open. Executive: Under GERALD's recorded sponsorship, the organization introduced a consolidated reporting approach.
The second sentence is permitted only when a source record establishes the sponsor role. It does not close CP-0062. Implemented is not verified. A solution is not a resolution.
