CARL created CP-0062 for duplicate reporting and froze the success definition: enter each reporting field once per reporting period. APB-DIR-0007 remains the source directive for visibility, not a finding that the criterion was met.
GERALD Solutions offered GS-0018, Unified Reporting Framework. Tasks were completed. The solution was marked implemented. Human review of the fictional test is inconclusive against the original criterion. Two views from one form is not the same as retiring duplicate entry.
APB has a documentary circular in draft. APB-CIR-0008 records the paperwork for human review. APB cannot certify GERALD. The public case study may still lead with sponsorship. Origin, implementation and the open CARL matter remain visible in the originating record.
